Support the community service programs and environmentally-friendly projects of UMass Hillel
This year’s Ride to Provide - a community bike ride to celebrate the new year and to help raise money to support Hillel’s community service programs and projects - is on Sunday, September 13; just before Rosh Hashanah and coinciding with the new school year. “A New Year Ride” has planned 9, 18 and 36 mile bike routes, with a rest stop for apples and honey. Sponsorship and participation of groups from synagogues and other community organizations is needed! Last year’s Ride to Provide raised more than $52,000 for UMass Hillel students to participate in tikkun olam (repairing the world).
